wee wednesday with lindsay of darling clementine: perfect baby shoes

When we had our daughter Juliette just over 3 years ago, we didn't really put shoes on her (maybe because I wanted to nibble those baby toes all day long), and I cringed a little when I saw clunky shoes on little feet that hadn't even touched the ground yet.

Well, these shoes have me re-thinking the no shoe rule. They are precious, each and every pair.

Blue Crib Shoes found via Etsy shop Ajalor

I'm seeing stars with thes Anniel star shoes (guess what? they come in adult sizes too)

These Leather Baby Moccasins are so darling I can't take it!

makes me want to get out the baby things that I have packed away to keep them out of my sight for they tug at my heart strings so. I wrote an entry on my blog called "What Makes a Home?" and to the list of things I might have to add "sweet shoes tumbling out of the baskets I have placed by the front door, falling through the house, tripping me, tripping the dad, tripping the dog in the kitchen." :http://pomegranateandseeds.blogspot.com/2013/01/what-makes-home.html

I would never mind tripping over these. so cute and nummy. xo
